Description

Once again I used gel-pens to accentuate some parts but the scanner doesn't pick up the glitteriness of it :XD:
I love Ultimecia so much I idolise her like a Goddess :giggle: I thought it was about time I tackled drawing her, and gosh she was a challenge. Her leg tattoos are so intricate and... argh!

I'm relatively happy with how she turned out. Hope you like her too ;-)
